—the same journey I had to walk when I realized no achievement, no relationship, and no paycheck could fill the void left by father wounds and false beliefs.

Wake Up
This isn’t just “becoming aware.” This is a
holy interruption. It’s time to see the invisible chains—the beliefs and emotional programming that have been running your life without your permission. You’ll face the truth of who you are and whose you are.
Grow Up
Jesus Himself grew in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52). If He had to grow, so do we.
This is where boys become men—not by age, but by confronting lies, healing wounds, and replacing old patterns with truth. This isn’t passive maturity. This is Spirit-led warfare

Show Up
Not as a man trying to prove himself, but as a man anchored in identity. You’ll show up in your marriage, fatherhood, friendships, and calling—with courage, clarity, and conviction. Not perfect—but
present, powerful, and purpose-driven.

I'm Rich McGahan
Rich McGahan is a U.S. Air Force veteran, former pastor, certified Mindset Facilitator, and a true "Man's Man" who believes in the transformative power of faith. When Rich lost it ALL, wife of 14 years, day to day interaction with his 3 sons, his ministry, his job, and his very identity - Rich spent nearly a decade in a dark place, struggling to find meaning and trying to truly connect with God and find meaning and purpose in his life. His journey led him to discover the WuGuSu Journey we all are on whether we know it or not.
Rich is still walking his own WuGuSu Journey—a lifelong exciting journey of growth, healing, and transformation. Now, he embraces life with renewed confidence and purpose, guiding men on their own WuGuSu Journey through the Livin' Rich Academy. Rich’s coaching empowers clients to connect with God's love. He helps clients Wake Up to their God-given identity, Grow Up by taking ownership of their lives, and learn to Show Up as the Men of God we were created to be.
